I'm obsessed with the TV show Arrow on the CW, and I just want to be the character Felicity Smoak. She's a tech genius, a klutz, and gets the guy in the end: how can you not love her? The signature look of Felicity is her cute dresses working in a secret high-tech basement, oh and her glasses. Felicity always dressed up, no matter where she was going, and took pride in her personal look, because she never knew where she would end her day. Today, Felicity Smoak is my inspiration for this evening look, all I'm missing is a laptop and a hott vigilante. So here's to you Felicity!
